What Is Done with Personal Data

TRAML itself doesn't use personal data. However the emails/sms sent with TRAML contain personal data which is stored in Lime Marketing.

Why Personal Data Is Needed

The personal data is needed to be able to send out information.

What Personal Data

Email address, mobile number and whatever other data the consumer of TRAML sends in the content and subject.

Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data is sent to Lime Marketing with the recipient and content information for emails and sms messages. The data in Lime Marketing is deleted/anonymized after 30 days.

Logging of Personal Data

Personal data is only logged when dry_run is enabled or override recipient is used, TRAML logs using the standard logger so it will end up where its being used (webserver, event-handler, task-handler and other). For cloud the logs are shipped to elastic cloud where they are deleted after some time.

Possible Avoidance of Using Personal Data

Not really since personal data is used to be able to send communication.
